The quote tool
The rate estimator requests gender, age, described wellness category, nicotine habit, desired death benefit and coverage window. This information is forwarded to carriers' quoting infrastructure to calculate pricing and isn't retained by this domain. We never ask for identification, location, email or phone just to view quotes. Repeated requests that match preceding ones can be fulfilled from short-duration temporary files to avoid contacting the quoting service multiple times.
Applying
Moving forward with an application transfers your inputs to populate the carriers' secure platform, governed by its own guidelines. Susman Insurance Agency manages applications, a registered California insurance firm (License 0B75129).
The contact form
Your inquiry form requires a name, email, optional contact number, preferred communication method, message subject and content. We relay it to agency staff via electronic mail; your sender address becomes the reply destination. No archived copy remains here, no repository of submissions is kept, and content is never logged. Your web browser performs a brief anti-spam screening before transmission.

What we do not do
